Boutique Residence Cosmopolis is a website designed for booking luxury villas and apartments in Bibinje. The owner can manage accommodation units, apartments, reservations, and local attractions through the CMS. Each accommodation unit consists of several apartments, and each apartment offers an availability calendar and a quick reservation form.

The system automatically synchronizes reservations with platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb, facilitating reservation management and maintaining an accurate calendar.

Technical Specifications

The website is built using PHP Laravel for the backend and Vue.js for the frontend components. Key technical features include:

• Availability Calendar - each apartment has its own integrated calendar that displays accurate available dates, allowing guests to view and book in real-time.
• Integration with Booking.com and Airbnb - the availability calendar and reservations are automatically synchronized with these platforms, enabling easy reservation management and reducing the risk of double bookings.
